Liability coverage is required. We offer liability coverage for a small monthly fee, which is due with your rent payment.

If you prefer to obtain your own coverage, you may do so by providing proof of renters insurance. Proof of liability coverage is requested before signing a lease agreement. Minimum requirement is $100,000 liability coverage.
 

In addition, please include the following in your policy: list “Buckingham Management, LLC” as an additional interest (or certificate holder), located at 2650 Bentley Rd SE, Marietta, GA 30067. Your insurance agent may email a copy of your policy to our team.
